Subitem Automation and Reordering

I am submitting a feature request related to subitem automation. Currently, when setting up an automation such as: “When X happens, then create a subitem, then create a subitem, then create a subitem, etc.”, the subitems are created in a fixed order with no option to rearrange them within the automation sequence.

I would like to request the ability to rearrange the order of subitems within this type of automation. At the moment, if I need to insert a new subitem between two existing ones, the only option is to add it to the bottom of the list, as reordering is not supported. This limitation can make it difficult to maintain logical or sequential structure in automated subitem creation.

+1 to this request — reordering subitems within an automation sequence would make workflows much more intuitive and maintainable, especially when logic or dependencies matter.

In our team, we’ve had to delete and rebuild entire automations just to get a new subitem in the correct position. It’s inefficient and error-prone.

It would also be great if Phonex or similar integrations could offer advanced control over automation sequencing—especially for users working with complex project templates.

Really hoping this gets added soon. Anyone found a solid workaround in the meantime?
