+1 to this request — reordering subitems within an automation sequence would make workflows much more intuitive and maintainable, especially when logic or dependencies matter.
In our team, we’ve had to delete and rebuild entire automations just to get a new subitem in the correct position. It’s inefficient and error-prone.
It would also be great if Phonex or similar integrations could offer advanced control over automation sequencing—especially for users working with complex project templates.
Really hoping this gets added soon. Anyone found a solid workaround in the meantime?
