Has anyone used Subitems pro app by b-lab. They let you create templates to add subitems at once. I have created few templates on the account level so everyone on our account can use them. The whole team can use it but the issue we’re running into is the template gets applied but no subitems are generated. When I try it, it works fine (I’m an admin and rest team has member level access) Wanted to check if anyone has used it and is running into same issue. I have reached out to the developer but not heard back yet.
