It is currently very difficult to organize board views.
Hide/show only certain views to certain users is not supported. Here is the feature request for that: Hide Views
Therefore, anyone can view ALL the views. This leads to confusion. Features like lock view and hide/show columns are useful but not enough to ease the pain some users experience.
An idea to help with the current issue is to support emojis in the view name; currently all emojis are turned into a question mark (?) → this is hopefully a quick win that can ease the pain while the other functionality (hide/show) is developed.
