The ability to be able to hide a view on a board (Including the Main Table view also).
Specify which members/teams can see the view.
This would be very useful for my team as well, especially if you could hide a view on your account only, and not for all users.
We would also like to have the ability to make a view private, so that we donāt have too many views on our boards (if everyone needs their specific view).
Basically, our problem is that we have too many views.
Appears to be a roadmap item a la āPrivate Viewsā according to this topic:
What is the status of this, I 100% agree there should be native features to implement the following at the very least:
- Option to hide the Main Table
- Private Views
- Option to Highlight Views or Color Code
Hello, what is the status of this? or is there any app that can achieve this function?
We need this feature as well, need to be able to set which users/guests can see/modify which board views.
Status update for this?
Any update on this?
Please vote this feature so that it is considered, I believe it is pretty simple to add and it would mean a great deal of help for organization and cleanliness for a lot of companies where different teams work in the same board. This is a feature that only admin users should have.
The main thing I believe everyone here wants is the following:
-
Just like the recently added feature to hide the view of the Main table, the ability to hide the rest of the views, and just like this new feature, you donāt need to hide the information inside that view. That is, the specific view is just hidden but the information inside it can be seen from another view that is not hidden to that user.
-
Inside this hability to hide a view, also be able to choose which teams or users you want to hide it from. Just like with boards or columns (but again not hiding the information like in these other options, if you have access to the board you can view all the information, except the one you have restricted on a column level).
The end goal would be for every team to just see the views that they are going to use when entering Monday.com also being able to create their own if they are editors.
