Symbols/Emojis that pop-up when you click the smiley face

Hello everyone!

I’ve been searching for something related to these symbols that pop-up (see image).

You can use these in date columns or text columns. Is there a complete list of where I can use these and does anyone have reccomendations for what they mean in terms of workflow and updating/signaling message to team.
