The ability to prevent updates being posted to items, when the update (comment, reply) would include sensitive information.
OR
A feature that would go over every new item update and check for specific keywords which would be flagged for ex: security reasons.
What are you trying to achieve
Prevent sensitive information from being provided over an item that might have parties who should not be able to see it, or prevent information that should not be shared at all to be contained in comments/replies

Audit Log (Security section):
You can use the Audit tab under the Security section and filter the Event Type to “DLP violation detected in update.” This will allow you to review any detected violations. I’ve included a screenshot below for reference.
DLP Add-on (Enterprise plan):
If you’re on the Enterprise plan, you also have the option to purchase the DLP add-on separately. This allows you to define custom DLP rules tailored to your organization’s needs. You can find more details in the article linked below. The Administration section on monday.com – Support
Workflow workaround (keyword monitoring):
Alternatively, you can set up a workflow using the Smart Condition block to monitor new updates for specific keywords and notify a designated person when they appear. Please note that this approach works only for the exact keywords configured in the Smart Condition and only if those keywords are present in the update text. A screenshot of this setup is included below for reference.
