Is there anyway in either a dropdown or status column to have choices with the same colour?
I would like to select a neutral colour and use this for multiple labels. At the moment it seems that when you add to the status or dropdown list you can only select the remaining colours, i.e. you can no longer select a colour already used.

Same here - I have multiple teams that pick and choose available colors, which makes automations between boards clunky since, if the colors of status don’t align, the board which is receiving the automation will simply create a new status that aligns colour-wise with automation.
This is compounded by the fact that standardization is difficult since identifying colors, either by name (if status is in use) or RBG code is impossible.
