toggle between items on different boards

Does anyone know how you can toggle between items via a trigger (button)without opening a new window . it works via the link (http link) but it always opens a new window but this is not the intention at load time there are 10 window open ? this is not workable .

it is certainly possible because clicking on this link (screenshot)

will take you directly to the item on the other board without opening a new window.
I would like to do this via a trigger (button) from within the item itself

Monday.com allows for linking and navigating between connected items, but the current interface typically opens only HTTP links in a new tab. However, you can navigate between items manually.
