I’m trying to have user fill out project statement document by having him fill out a form.
Is there anyway to do it using work forms? Typeform or anything else

It sounds like you could set this up using our Workforms feature! For some background, columns in your board make up the questions in your form, and when a form is submitted the information populates the columns (and items). Have you tested our forms feature out? Are there any limitations you’re running into?
I know I can di that but I was wonder if there is a way without using the board columns
