I am trying to create an Intake form that will form- fill a workdoc.
Ideally, we would want someone to fill out the form, and then whatever they fill in to populate on a document. I have searched and I am unable to find any answers for if this is even possible, but I am admittedly new to the platform. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Currently all form submissions will create a new item on a board.
It isn’t possible to have these form submissions populate a Workdoc, I’m afraid.
That said, you can embed a board into a Workdoc.
This would allow you to see all of your form submissions directly within the Workdoc, without needing to open the board itself.
Could this be an option for you?
