Usage Stats for Over 1 month "Top Communicators"

In Admin/Usage/Advanced you have the ability to see how busy your team has been on Monday.com using the “top communicators” data, but this is limited to 1 month. Extending this will give insight to better data.

What are you trying to achieve

My teams work fluctuates seasonally and we struggle to measure this as projects vary heavily. The ability to review our “top communicators” is helpful as we can see who is having to carry out the most updates, therefor getting a better idea of peoples workloads. Being able to review this over larger periods of time would be really helpful. We would be able to analyse when our peaks in work are and when our team needs some additional support.

Hi @BenWalker, you can request this data for the last six months or even longer from your Customer Success Manager. I usually do this whenever we need a wider range of data than what’s available in the admin section, and they’ve always been able to provide the information we need.

This seems a long winded way to retrieve some basic information.

A dropdown month selection would be a simple implementation if they already store the data in this case. Having to email and request it every time seems very un-autonomous.
