When you open an item, there is no way to view a Work Doc associated with the record inside the item details. You can do this with an app by embedding a Google Doc, but there is no way to do this with a work doc.
Or a Rich Text Column, that can be displayed once you open the item record. The Text field is only ideal for a few characters.
Essentially I want to be able to have a detailed description or outline of a task, that I can view when I open the item detail. The updates field is not ideal IMO, because it is designed as just that, updates that notify users. Click Up does this well, Smartsuite, ect.
