Embed an Item In Monday Docs

I used to create easy to look at prioritized task lists for my employees in ClickUp. (No one really likes the “My Work” section. You can’t customize it at all). The items/ tasks would be embedded and easy to manage. I cannot do that in Monday and would like to, especial for larger project management briefs.

I came here for this. I can only hyperlink a task into a text which causes a window popup and load of the entire board. I want to be able to reference any task throughout any text field, like this embedded and clickable element, possibly by typing #NameOfTask.
