Tasks board imbedded in a doc to track meeting related tasks

Hi,
I have a board of project related meetings, where I take notes in monday docs,
Each meeting is a different record with a dedicated monday doc in which I want to create and embed a tasks board- however we want to filter and present only action items that were raised in the meeting.
I do have a unique meeting ID (zoom ID) if it helps.

Can someone thinks of a way to do this? Thanks
