Want to create a weighted rating with forms

I have created a workform, however for certain questions when they pick an option it will give them a certain amounts of points.

For eg when the answer to a question is yes it should give them 1 point and when the answer is No they will get 0 points

Do you want to show the point count on the form? If not, you can use a formula to display different options as numbers.

Thanks, I have been using formula column and have created conditional formulas for each question.
