I’m the owner of a fast growing monday partner based in The Netherlands.
Our team is growing and we are looking for a talented and experienced (or young energetic starter) Solution and Implementation Consultant based in The Netherlands to join our monday team. You will be working closely with customers and the sales team to implement monday and effectively solve their business needs and challenges.
About the role
In this challenging role as a Solution Consultant you are responsible for designing detailed solutions for new customers and onboarding them. You build strong relationships with our customers, understand their (sometimes complex) needs and ensure their success with monday. As a project manager, you ensure that deadlines are met and you are the main point of contact during onboarding. By collaborating with customers, you build critical workflows in monday and ensure a clear training plan for end users. You represent the voice of the customer and help them become as successful as possible with monday.
In addition, in collaboration with sales, you will lead consultations and demos to educate customers about the possibilities of monday and discover new product applications and collaboration opportunities. In short, as a Solution Consultant for monday you have a very diverse job and you are an important link between our customers and the team of monday.
This is what you will do:
You consider how the customer can best work in monday and translate the customer’s, sometimes complex, wishes into the software. You see the solution in front of you, as it were.
You manage and build relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals.
You ensure that customer satisfaction remains high and that customers keep coming back.
You train your customers in the use of the software.
You analyze customer data to identify trends and find opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
You are responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
Every now and then you go abroad to follow training courses and meet the rest of the monday team!

Your experience & skills
- You have experience as a Customer Success Manager, Software Implementation Specialist, Business Consultant, Process Optimization, or something in this direction.
- If you do not yet have the right experience, but you do have the right motivation, we also offer a junior position, including all additional conditions.
- Your strong customer facing and presentation skills enable you to build trust and credibility with clients.
- We work very hard, and we also relax very hard.
- You also have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You are positive, empathetic and energetic!
