Starting the Jira - Monday integration and having little issues…
How can I sync that comment done in Jira is synced to Monday? or comment made in Monday (start conversation) is synced to Jira comments?

Ps. Do not know will I use this integration as the subtasks are not supported. We use Monday for handling HUGE projects which tasks as as subtasks in jira. So without subtasks, this does not make much sense.

From my experience, comments from Jira can be synced to Monday by setting up an automation in Monday.com that creates an update in a specific item when a comment is added in Jira. Similarly, you can use Jira’s automation rules to create a comment in Jira when an update is added in Monday.

I haven’t been able to sync comments and updates between the two systems. Anyone else able to figure it out with the standard integration?
