What is the correct board/project etc to use?

Hello, I’m new to Monday.com and I’m consulting for my client who has a portfolio of almost 500 apartments spread out over 17 properties. There are over 80 buildings that require external building maintenance. I would like to recommend a module on Monday to be able to manage the assets from a portfolio perspective. They already manage maintenance for the individual units very effectively.
I’m eventually looking to integrate this into AppFolio.

I’m looking for the below features:

LIST ALL 17 PROPERTIES AND FURTHER DIVIDE INTO 85 buildings.

  1. General overview of building
  2. Major issues noted in building
  3. Unit: Specific issues noted about the individual unit (e.g House 3)
  4. Recommendations of works to be done or areas to be highlighted
  5. List of repairs/maintenance checklist and ability to assign work to different vendors and staff.
  6. Photo gallery of current condition of building with labels
  7. Photo gallery of areas that need repairs and maintenance with labels
  8. Photo gallery of uploads once work is completed
  9. Additional Notes
  10. Date of inspections and person reporting
  11. Ability to generate a report that shows pending/in progress/completed works and basic metrics which can be shared with owners periodically.

The features should be Mobile App friendly to allow for quick uploads/reporting on the go. It should be interactive where it can easily be updated when maintenance or repairs have been completed (status update)

Could anybody please recommend the most effective way to work this? A tree/process flow would be very helpful!

Hi Nix

Are you looking for a ready-made module or a tailor made solution for this? The requirements are quite specific but are straightforward for most part.

This is similar to a framework we have created for a customer that could be adapted for this purpose. However it is not a standard template or module.
