Tags are not available on the CRM unless you pay significantly more to get the pro plan. Why lol? Tags on any other service that I’ve ever used are default. They are one of the most basic ubiquitous features or properties on any app, crm, etc. I can’t think of another CRM or project app that I have used that doesn’t provide tags as a default feature on the most basic plan. What makes them so special in Monday that it warrants me to pay $6 more per user for them (Pro Plan required)
My idea: make tags a free feature for all plans.
