In automations, you can make an automation that will trigger if it change from “X” to “Anything”
Workflows do not have this “Anything” status, even though it’s the same as a board automation.
It’s very helpful because it future proofs the board. If we create a new status, I’d have to find every workflow that calls for technical call to anything and ensure the new status is put on them. It seems small, but adds up.
