Has anyone been able to leverage workflows to check for duplicates on a board? I’m running into an issue where I can quite get it to work right.

This depends on your use case but have you tried to use the filter icon to check for duplicates?
Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have? ie CRM has a setting option to check for duplicates
It’s ENT Work Management, which is why i’m using Workflows to use it.
Sadly, that isn’t an option. The client wants a real time update at the Item level to quickly designate if it’s a duplicate.
Depending on how you want to be notified, you can change the last step to notify or email instead of/in addition to changing the status
So I did something similar that worked with adding a connect column in the rabbit hole or satisfying the “workflow failed to run” message.
But that essentially is what I needed. I don’t know why I didn’t stop there ![]()
