So I’ve just created my first workflow, which I thought might be an opportunity to overcome some of the shortcomings of automations that can’t be modified after creation (yay! I can add intermediate steps!) but I’m still having a few challenges (d’oh!)
First, there’s the lack of a “duplicate workflow” feature or copy/paste a group of steps - this has been discussed here already and I am another person keen to see it introduced! Secondly, there’s a missing field in my workflow: the “If column is empty” step doesn’t give me the option to check the column of interest. I can see most of the columns, but not the relevant one! Any ideas as to why that might happen? Hopefully, I’m just overlooking something basic, am I?
In this screenshot, the option I’m searching for is “Link to Product”, which is a field that should be filled in before the status of the item can be changed to “Complete”. However, that field isn’t one of the available options.
