I’ve been working with the workflow feature an it’s amazing, it helped me to simplify a lot of automations across boards but right now, when using connect board columns (find connected item) action, it works only with the first item it finds. There is no way to loop through multiple connected items and update them one by one or all at the same time.
In my company we manage all projects at a high level. We have a board with all projects, and we have 3 boards with tickets, issues, and resources. A project can have 1+ tickets, 1+ issues, and 1+ resources connected through a connected board column (one for each board). I’d love to be able to update all linked items (names and status) using the “Find connected item” action box in workflows, but it will update only the first item on each column.
If the automations can loop through connected board items and each one get updated separately it will help with no more manual updates when working with multiple linked items, it’s perfect for projects, task managements, approvals, and any setup with dependencies at a high level.
