I noticed something somewhat annoying, maybe there is a solution I’m not aware of.
The date question in the form appears to show American date format although we are in Israel.
And also when using mobile:
I came across recently with a device that showed the correct format although i didn’t investigate properly, shame on me…
Any reason what can affect this formatting and can it be configured?

Hello Einav, I’m not sure if this is possible natively but here is a workaround. The solution in this conversation suggests using a Formula column to translate the date into the format you want: Change Date Format
