Hi! I can’t figure out if this functionality is available in Monday. I need to create a dependency of two columns. For example, there are columns “Status” and “Step”. I want that when I select “Status” - “New Lead”, in the “Step” column, I would be able to select only three options, for example, “Call”, “Message”, “Email”. Then I move the same item to a new status - “Lost Lead”, and now I want to see only three options in the Step column - “Call in six months”, “Happy Birthday”, and so on.

Unfortunately what you are describing is currently not possible and I do not believe it is going to be implemented as a feature anytime soon
