Having the info in Activity Log remain for the life of the item is imperative to our business. EVRY SINGLE ITEM we enter on MDC moves to multiple boards and losing the track record is frustrating and doesn’t seem like a lot to ask from computer program.
What are you trying to achieve
We need to see the history of an item. From when it’s created to when it receives a ship date to who requested the item be moved to their branch board, we need to be able to see all this info. It is important for us to know who changed things in the item like ship date, trucking, materials, etc.
