If adding the Outlook integration with template: When an [email] is received, create an item in [group]. The available filters for email include only:
Subject
Body
Subject or Body
Sender
Receiver
Please add CC and Folder as options for email filter, as there is a gap between Outlook Rules and Monday filters that requires convoluted workarounds.
What are you trying to achieve
Emails from users are sent to Receiver (To) or CC field and have no other unique and standardized characteristics. If CC were added, we could cover all support emails coming to to sort to a board. If Folder was added, we could create Outlook Rules to achieve the same goal.
