In our Forms we do not collect Requestor name info through a field and instead rely on the Creation Log data. Some of our Monday users rely heavily on the Form Response Viewer view to review form requests. It would be great to have the information from Creation Log visible in the same view (both Requestor and Request Date) as you’re scrolling through requests. The Person filter is available but if the reviewer wants to go through a large number of items from various requestors it would be helpful to have it on this view at least as an optional setting to enable/disable.
