Currently we have the ability to add a ‘find matching item’ action to a workflow. We would love the ability to have this as an available option under the If/Else condition. The workflow could look something like this: “If there is a matching item…create an item in board and connect boards.”
Yes please! I need this also. I can’t figure out how to recover when the matching item is not found. The workflow just Fails. I want to use logic like: “If a matching item is not found, create an item and connect boards”.
It looks like there was an update recently where a true/false branch automatically is added when Find Matching Item action is selected. I haven’t tried that yet, but it sounds like it would resolve this issue.
