This seems like it should be a basic feature. We have a very complex product dev. process that we’ve integrated into Monday.com as a board and for the implied simplicity a lot of our steps required documentation, so we setup monday workdocs as it’s live, easy to work with, etc. and we can template them. But it’s absolutely infuriating that the only way to find these workdocs or see them is by manually trying to locate them in the many subitems we have setup for our process.
Please make a view to be able to see all workdocs from a board in one place, it’s one of the reasons we went to Monday.com is to consolidate and get away from managing projects with poor organization structure.
Bumping this again. I would also like the files gallery to show files in the files column that were linked from third party storage systems like OneDrive, Sharepoint or Google Drive. Currently, files that I import into the files column from OneDrive do not display in a files gallery.
I ran into this same issue and found this thread. My team would love to be able to see Monday Docs inside the file gallery so everything can be easily visible to our project teams without having to navigate line by line to find our information. Has there had been an update since this was originally posted in 2023?
