Please is there any chance to add table on forms and add rows by the filler person?
I would like to create a form for our department fill it up as many as their needs to request. as followed example.

I am trying to do something similar! We are trying to move our Purchase order system over and would require a table to be within the form.
I am also looking to do something similar! We are trying to transition our sales team into Monday. A table view for forms that would allow for multiple submissions at once would be a game changer!

You can add a table view using SuperForm. It’s a quick toggle (list vs. table view) in the righthand form editor.
