Adding a link back to the Jira issue

I’m folowing the instructions in the brief Jira Cloud Integration tutorial, but I cannot link the Link to issue from Jira to the Link to Jira task in Monday as Ross does in the tutorial.

Here’s the screenshot from the tutorial where you can see Ross linking the Link to issue from Jira to the Link to Jira task in Monday:

In this screenshot you can see that if I choose Link to issue from Jira then there are very few targets I can choose in Monday, and none of them are what I need:

In this screenshot you can see that if I choose Jira issue as the target in Monday (Ross’s Link to Jira task was not available) then there are no options available as the source in Jira:

How do I create a hyperlink in Monday back to the source epic in Jira?

Hello Tim,

What is your column type for the column “Jira issue”?
If it is not “Text” type, can you please try changing the column type to “Text” and then see if it works?
It worked for me when the column type was “text”.
