I’ve linked my Jira board to Monday and can create new issues in Monday that sync automatically with Jira. What I’m wondering is, is there an automation, either in Jira or Monday, that would allow me to add a tag called “from Monday.com” to any issues originating in Jira?
Would be a nice value-add for my use case, but not a dealbreaker if it isn’t possible.
Hey @kwebbel You can do exactly that with Unito’s integration. It’s a third-party app, but we’re a monday partner on the marketplace. I wrote this guide on how to sync Jira Cloud with monday. Every synced task or issue includes a link back to the original (so a newly created Jira issue includes a link in the description that says something like: “synced with this monday task by Unito”.
