Adding pdf files to the boards

How can I add PDF files to the main tables as attachments? I see where you can upload files, but that only applies to excel docs. I need to attach PDF files…

Welcome to the community! There are two areas where you can add files to:

  • add a file column and you can add files (also pdf) for each item
  • you can also add a file in the item updates

Yes, this is possible with The PDF Maker (app.thepdfmaker.com).

You can configure The PDF Maker to generate PDF reports from your dashboards and automatically email them at set intervals. Just define your data source, create a template with placeholders, and set up an automation that triggers PDF generation and email delivery based on a schedule — daily, weekly, etc.

Every new response triggers PDF generation.
