Adding personal tasks to a to do list board


I have set up a few boards for my projects and my team, and every team member has it’s own board which gets filled automatically when a team leader is entering tasks in the “Master” boards. It also connects the items and show a connected status and priority columns.
However, my team members want to add their own tasks to their own boards, but than they can edit the status and Priority since it is not connected to any other board.
I can add another status and priority columns to their board but that will be confusing.
Any other ideas?
