Adding wait times / delays to automations

It would be great if we could add in delays between events in automations. I’m now aware of a third party integration that can change one status column a delayed period of time after another status column has changed, but it would be good to be more comprehensive than that.

For example, it would be good to put a delay between a status being changed to ‘stuck’ and a notification being sent to advise another person, in case the stuck situation is resolved.
