Add a delay option like a minute or so in automation and not just in workflow.

Have the option to add delay prior to executing the next action in an automation.

I upvoted your request. There is a workaround with an app called Delayed Status Change. This allows to change a status after some time another (or the same) status changes to a defined value. Although not ideal it can solve most use cases whare a delay is required.
