Currently workspace admins can use “Board Ownership” or “Automation Ownership” tools in the Admin center to add a new owner to boards or automations. But it doesn’t work for private dashboards. A new feature should be added for admins to take control of private dashboards.
In our case, there are private Dashboards that I (as an admin) can’t update, because they were made by another admin who is on extended leave.
In general it would also be nice for admins to be able to add themselves board-by-board instead of to all boards from a certain user.
