I would like to request a feature that would allow you to have more advanced Assign Date Automation. Currently whenever you try to make an Automation with the “Set Date” Action it only allows you to set the date to today. We currently have highly repetitive projects that can be more efficient if we can assign mass due dates based on Start and End Date columns. So allowing the input of other dates other than today would greatly improve this automation.
I was looking for something related – being able to use a “Timeline” column and in an automation set the beginning or ending date, rather than having to use date columns individually.
Yes I’m 100% in need of this. Using a formula to set another date works fine but then if you want to use that date in an automation it all falls apart…
I agree! It would be so helpful to have an automation to set a date to something other than JUST today.
