Is there a way to have my team vote on different options?

I see there is a vote column but that column only allows people to vote for something or not vote for it.

Is there a way to have people vote on a scale from 0-4 maybe. So one team member can vote 1, another team member can vote 2, etc.

Is this possible or is there a work around?

Hey @asher - not sure if you found an answer or workaround for this. But can you tell us a bit more about the use case and if you have explored column permissions/settings or using Forms.
