We use monday.com here for incident management, among other things.
The individual support teams (generalists & specialists) each have their own board.
Basically, all incidents are first received by me (in “DACH & BENELUX Incidents Board”), especially as I am responsible for DACH & BENELUX support, and I then dispatch them accordingly.
In this context, I wanted to create an automation that allows me to adjust the “Owner” accordingly when changing the incident type so that the corresponding specialist team responsible for it is set as the new owner and the item is then moved to the corresponding board.
Unfortunately, however, it seems that only individual users, but not teams, can be set as owners in this context (automation).
Please consider also allowing “teams” in the automations, especially as I can also set them - manually - as owner.
