Allow for a status column to be filtered for selected values where it is a roll-up (e.g sub-item status in parent item) or a mirrored column in another board (e.g in a portfolio). When used as metadata of lower-level information, it’s not always useful to see all values. As an example, on a portfolio board when gauging workload i don’t actually want to see completed items represented in the cumulative status column as it is no longer work that needs to be done.

The app Rollup Subitems in the marketplace allows you to specify a filter (e.g. on a status column in your subitems) and only the data that passes the specified filter will be included in the aggregation (e.g. sum of workload).
The pricing on that app is ludicrous. We already pay tens of thousands of dollars for monday work OS, this should be a standard functionality and monday’s competitors provide it OOB, as such i’ve made it a feature request.
If 97 Euro (one time fee - perpetual license) compared to tens of thousands of dollars is ludicrous I wish you all the best with this feature request. I voted for your request .
That’s a price per board, which is not affordable. But you miss my point, monday.com is charging for a premium product and so should provide this functionality as their competitors do OOB, not leave it up to a 3rd party marketplace to plug their careless gaps.
