App is not available, It may have been uninstalled from this account by an admin

When I search for “App is not available”, “It may have been uninstalled from this account by an admin” I get no hits in my search engine.

So I just wanted to post this: my current app status is “live” under Manage/App Versions - and I can see it; however my colleagues get the above message. What should I do to make it available to them?

It turns out, at the same time, under Manage/Install I’ve had this:

… that is, “App is not installed”. I just clicked on “Install app” - and I hope things will work now …
