When creating a new item in a filtered view, the item will disappear with the option popping up to bring it back. I’d DIE for an option to auto apply the filters I’m using to view the list to automatically be applied to the new item so that it is automatically included in that filtered set. This would streamline item management SIGNIFICANTLY so that I’m not racing to select the item so that it doesn’t disappear, or if I miss it, have to go search the entire list to find the item I was JUST looking at.
