Auto assign task based on person schedule

Is there a way to assign a task to someone automatically based on that persons schedule? So a task comes in and it checks to make sure the person is at work based on schedule, once they are it goes to them. This means tasks will always be assigned to people working?

Hi @Mymonday - I dont believe this is possible in monday without an assist by integration platforms such as make.com/zapier. This could be complicated based on the required logic however it would be worth some additional analysis.

Hello @Mymonday,
Yes, you can use the Round Robin Pro app for that.
You can set the availability times for the users in your account and then tasks will be assigned to them at those times.
