Anyone has an idea how we can automate status to automatically changed when you receive an email?
For example, a task is in doing status and a user will email to the admin and once the admin received the email with keyword “task done” then the status will changed to done.
Any alternative or workaround?

I believe what you are looking for is an excellent use case for the Bitskout native integration.
You can create a scenario that would “scan” the emails for keywords and change a status accordingly.

Thanks for the input but I am trying to find a “free” alternative. The app/plugin mentioned is a paid plugin.
