Change Status if Email gets sent

Hi, I tried to look for this automation but haven’t been able to figure it out yet.

Is it possible the change status based on if a specific email gets sent.

For example if and email is sent from my Gmail (Containing XYZ in the title) set email status to ‘‘sent’’
