We have an integration set up to send a specific email once a status changes. For some reason there was a glitch and the integration sent the email to another person’s email address.
Our customer who is called Lisa is rurious we’ve referred to her as Brian. It’s really not good, is there any reason why this has happened?

I would suggest you to check the native integration.
