Duplicate emails being produced by automation

I have set up an automation to send an email from an integrated gmail account to a client once the item status has been set to Approved.

As a test, I sent this to my email (not the gmail account) and each time I do this test I receive two emails - one from Monday.com and one from the gmail account.

How do I set up this automation so that it only sends an email from the gmail account, and not Monday.com as well?

Hello @kdawkins !

The monday automation email is just a notification, which you should be able to disable.

If you send an email to another email not belonging to you, they would not receive the automated email.
